2. Provision of the website

The collection of this data is technically necessary in order to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security. We (and our service provider) regularly do not know who is hiding behind an IP address. We do not merge the data listed above with other data.
The storage in log files ensures the proper functioning of the website and also serves to improve the security of our systems. Any further evaluation of this data (e.g. for marketing purposes) does not take place in this context. b. Legal basis and purposes for processing personal data
We process the data under 3 a). mentioned for the purpose to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship and - insofar as an employment relationship between you and us will be initiated - for the implementation or termination of the employment relationship and for the exercise or fulfillment of legal rights and obligations on the basis of § 26 BDSG. In addition, we can process personal data about you insofar as this is necessary to assert or defend against legal claims from the application process. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the preservation of our legal positions.Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for operational purposes, hence no later than 6 months.
The application tool is provided and hosted by a partner based in the European Union as part of an order processing service (rexx Systems GmbH, Hamburg). Dole Europe GmbH has commissioned the partner in accordance with the data protection regulations
c. Duty to provide
You are not obliged to provide us with personal data. However, depending on the individual case, the provision of certain personal data is necessary for a decision on the establishment and implementation of an employment relationship with us. In order to be able to process your application, we ask for certain information - other information is voluntary. The mandatory information is marked with an asterisk (*). These data belong to the data categories of personal identification, qualification, address and applicant data. If you do not provide us with the mandatory information, you will unfortunately not be able to apply to Dole Europe GmbH. If you only provide us with the mandatory information and do not provide any additional information, this will not lead to disadvantages in the application process.
