Our application process at Dole consists of six transparent steps:
Step 1: Application via Dole career site
The journey begins on our career site, where you can submit your application, taking the first step towards your professional future at Dole.
Step 2: Application check and pre-selection
After receiving your application, we conduct a thorough review and pre-selection process to ensure that your profile aligns with our requirements.
Transparency and fair compensation are very important to us throughout the application process. We therefore provide you with the salary range for the respective position verbally prior to the initial interview at the latest.
Step 3: Online interview (specialist department + HR)
In the next step, you will have the opportunity to participate in an initial interview via MS Teams where you can interact with both your potential manager and a colleague from the HR team in order to get to know each other better.
For selected positions, particularly leadership roles, you will receive an invitation to an online-assessment following the initial interview. This assessment complements the selection process by providing insights into your personality and behavior in a business context.
Step 4: On-site meeting with the team
The personal meeting on site enables you to experience the Dole corporate culture and facilities and meet your future team personally.

After these steps, a final decision will be made promptly, and if successful, you will receive a contract offer, marking the official beginning of your career at Dole.
