What to expect:

  • Interesting insights into the accounting area and the varied day-to-day business
  • Independent responsibility for recording, checking and forwarding incoming invoices in the electronic invoice receipt workflow
  • Support in the collection of data 
  • Participation in general administrative activities
  • Supporting the accounts payable team in day-to-day business operations
  • Continuous improvement of technical processes and participation in projects

Required skills:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) of a commercial course of studies, e.g. business administration or finance
  • Interested for an insight into the accounting area
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Conscientious and reliable way of working
  • Communicative and assertive team player
  • Analytical way of thinking and confidential treatment of information
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Enthusiasm for working in an open, international corporate culture

Working at Dole:

In addition to an exciting insight into the world of fruit trading, we offer performance-related remuneration, flexible working hours and fresh fruit every day. Our company headquarter is centrally located in Hamburg and is easily accessible by public transport.
 
The working hours are on weekdays and comprise up to 20 hours per week. We are happy to plan working hours according to your wishes.
