What to expect:

  • Supports serving customers coordinated by Sales Manager
  • Collaboration in the calculation and preparation of offers
  • Taking over the complete order processing in the merchandise management system, as well as monitoring stocks and delivery
  • Collaboration in the handling of complaints and claims management
  • Support in the creation and implementation of sales concepts as well as programme agreements with customers
  • Correspondence with national and international customers and partners
  • Collaboration in the optimisation of daily processes and the supply chain from grower to customer

Required skills:

  • Graduated apprenticeship for Wholesales and foreign Trade, focus sales
  • Experience in the fruit industry or in a comparable environment is required
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international team
  • Friendly and open-minded telephone manner
  • Team- and service-oriented way of working
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive and independent working style and good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus
