What to expect:

  • Season preparations in coordination with the Product Manager, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, and Sales
  • Independent planning and execution (in coordination with the Sales Teams) of program quantities
  • Inventory control and subsequent planning for various items
  • Procurement of goods for resale to fully fulfill the programs
  • Communication and handling of complaints
  • Support for the Product Manager in planning the season as well as in post-season processing
  • Development and implementation of market reports
  • Coordination of shipping instructions, ETAs, and conflict checks

Required skills:

  • Graduated apprenticeship, e.g., in wholesale or international trade
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is required
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international team
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor over the phone
  • Team-oriented and service-minded work ethic
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive and independent working style, and strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
  • Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken; Spanish skills are a plus
