What to expect:

  • Analysis of business requirements in collaboration with the respective departments
  • Translation of business requirements into data structures for systems such as Microsoft 365 Business Central, PIM, and other relevant tools
  • Definition of structured data inputs using approval workflows
  • Review of data entries, error analysis, and initiation of corrective measures
  • Ensuring defined quality standards and consistency structures across all business units in compliance with legal regulations, customer requirements, and internal company policies
  • Proactive communication of risks, issues, and process status to stakeholders and department management
  • Advising departments on requirements for data structures and necessary values to support process automation and control
  • Supporting internal audits and compliance activities through data and documentation
  • Collaboration with the BPM team in planning and implementing process improvements and technical changes
  • Preparation and delivery of training sessions for end users and departments
  • Participation in cross-functional projects related to data migration, cleansing, and standardization

Required skills:

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship; a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in master data management or data governance, preferably in the food retail sector or a comparable environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision), PIM systems, and MS Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate & BI)
  • Understanding of data quality, data lifecycle, and compliance processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German with the ability to collaborate across departments and functions
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive working style
