What to expect:

• Management and control of end-to-end liquidation process with suppliers
• Ensuring on-time invoicing in coordination with the respective product management team
• Steering of payment process with Account Payable as well as Product Management Team
• Controling and regulation of accurate cost, booking and revenue
• Claims control whilst preparing the final liquidation towards our supplier
• Establishment of a tailor-made financial supplier /product reporting  to measure sales, cost analysis, commission earnings and receivables
• Preparing and supporting of 3rd party supplier audits
• Support of the Product Management Teams
• Preparation and securing of all customs documents
 

Required skills:

• Graduated commercial apprenticeship,preferably with a focus on logistics
• 1-2 years experiences in the Product Management Service area, preferably in a perishable product environment
• Good analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers
• Proactive ability to identify and solve typical challenges within the scope of your responsibilities
• Strong ability to multi-task, time management and organizational skills
• Engaged, strong willingness and able to work under strict deadlines and pressure
• Good English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of a further language (Spanish) appreciated
• Good knowledge of Web portal, Cognos all standard Windows and MS Office applications
