What to expect:
- Analysis and documentation of business requirements as well as related system and interface processes
- Identification of opportunities for optimization, automation, and digitalization
- Evaluation of solution approaches in terms of feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment
- Contribution to the design, analysis, and implementation of system-related changes
- Functional testing of system changes and structured handover to the business departments
- Support and maintenance of business applications (e.g. ERP, BI, Power Platform)
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, process owners, and business teams
- Coordination of external consultants, service providers, and software vendors
- Ensuring complete system and process documentation in compliance with internal IT standards and compliance requirements
- Support of end users and onboarding of new employees to our systems
Required skills:
- A completed university degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience working with ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics Business Central
- Solid experience in analyzing business and system processes
- Project management experience and collaboration with various business departments are a plus
- Interest in new technologies (e.g. AI, RPA) and their application in process improvement initiatives
- Experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage
- A structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Very good written and spoken English; additional languages (e.g. Spanish) are a plus
