What to expect:

  • Account analysis as well as clarification of complaints and deductions in close cooperation with the Sales department
  • Control of receivables and credit limit, credit limit application and reporting to our external credit insurers
  • Responsibility for dunning runs, lists of overdue items and for determining the value adjustment
  • Recording of incoming payments via electronic banking
  • Monitoring of provisions for customer conditions in cooperation with the Controlling department
  • Responsibility for monthly reporting as well as cooperation in audits and in the preparation of annual financial statements

Required skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience through similar tasks, preferably in a group environment, knowledge of the settlement procedure of the food retail trade is an advantage
  • Completed commercial training or similar
  • Result-, process-oriented and structured way of working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive and independent way of working
  • System affinity, good to very good knowledge in MS Dynamics NAV or similar as well as in Excel
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-moving digital environment
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
